1Introduction and Acceptance

All transactions on jili12 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jili12 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion applied to your balance.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Available methods are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet once cleared and confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered under your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jili12 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili12's total liability to any player is limited to the PHP amount held in that player's verified account at the time of any claim.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of jili12 should first be directed to our customer support team. We aim to resolve player concerns promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the procedures set out in our FAQ. jili12's decision on matters governed by these Terms shall, where consistent with applicable law, be considered final.
